Legacy.
I’ve been thinking about that lately.
I have a birthday approaching soon, way too soon. I suppose it’s a logical time to think about such matters.
I often wonder what legacy I’ll leave behind.
I hope it will be more than a job title or a line on my resume.
I hope my legacy will revolve around the life I tried to live for Jesus.
I hope my legacy will be that I was a good husband and father, despite my obvious flaws and failures along the way.
I hope it will be that I was a good friend.
