I've decided to take a walk to explore the world around me. If you'd like to come along, I'll share my thoughts with you on what I've found on this journey.

Thursday's Question of the Day
Where were you on 9/11/2001? What were you doing when you first heard?
It was pretty early in the morning on the west coast, I was making some coffee when my friend called me to the t.v. Another life changing event that I forgot.
My husband and I were getting ready to go put a full days work into remodeling our store. Then my brother called and told me to sit down and check out the news it wasnt good.
I know for awhile he thought alot about rejoining the army.
As explained at http://searchingforgodajourney.blogspot.com/2008/09/911-and-beyond.html
ReplyDeleteI was in college at the inauguration ceremony of our new president.
P.S. That was my first ever "plug" aside from the one you aloud in the previous post. I'm so proud.
I was in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire and I was doing email. (as always)
ReplyDeleteYou can read about it at: http://www.rickboyne.com/2008/09/wtc-and-911.html
That WASN'T my first plug, and I'm "not-so-proud".
